The KingVac 9000 vacuum system was designed utilizing a Roots type blower to maintain a continuous 27hg vacuum with up to 9000 cubic metres an hour (5000 cfm). It uses twin cyclones and a baghouse with reverse pulsation to filter down to 0.5 microns if required. The suction system allows horizontal and vertical extraction of fines, mud and sullage.

Utilizes a 4 - 6 inch pipe system:
Depending on the type and size of material to be transferred, the correct size blower is incorporated into the design of the system to allow the vertical and horizontal meterage as required by each individual.

The system is constructed on a truck of your choice, new or second-hand. An 8x4 320 HP with variable speed governor is recommended.

FILTRATION:

  • Primary Separation is in the main tank.
  • Secondary Separation is through 2 dry cyclones prior to airflow entering the main baghouse filter.
  • Final filtration is through 24 Pleated Bag Cartridges with automatic reverse pulse.

This filtration sequence allows the operation to be a single mode and does not require changing from dry to wet product.

PAINT:

  • KingVAC's are sandblasted, primed with 2 pak zinc, hibuild primer and finished in Poly U 400

Features of the KingVAC loading system include: -

PUMP:

  • Positive displacement (PD) air cooled vacuum pump
  • Roots type blower providing 27"hg of continuous vacuum

AIR FLOW:

  • Hibon SIAV 8702 5000 cfm: 27”Hg continuous vacuum 9000 cm3/h.

DRIVE:

  • Power unit is driven by the main engine via a OMSI transfer case rated at 470 HP

ELECTRIC VIBRATOR:

  • To assist in the removal of debris the interception tank is specifically a round design and an electric vibrator is connected to the tank to assist with the removal of all waste product.

TAILGATE:

  • KingVAC's tailgate is hydraulically controlled and reinforced
  • A specifically designed rubber gasket provides a positive leak-free seal
